Role Description The Representative role at AILGOS is a full-time, on-site position based in Vicenza. The Representative will interact with clients, partners, and internal teams to communicate project requirements, timelines, and expectations clearly and professionally.
This role includes supporting the sales and account management process, preparing presentations and reports, and ensuring that client feedback is accurately relayed to project and design teams. The Representative will help coordinate meetings and site visits, maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, and contribute to building long-term relationships that reflect AILGOS’s commitment to luxury and excellence. The position requires proactive follow-up, detailed documentation,
and consistent collaboration with colleagues to support successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to present information confidently.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or account management, ideally within design, architecture, construction, or luxury interior environments.
- Organizational and coordination skills, including managing schedules, preparing documentation, and tracking project-related information.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as design, engineering, and project management.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high quality standards aligned with luxury brand expectations.
- Proficiency with common office and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Fluency in English; Italian language skills are a strong advantage given the company’s Made in Italy focus and Vicenza location.
- Relevant education or experience in business, communications, design, architecture, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Vicenza on a full-time basis and maintain a professional demeanor in client interactions.
