About the Role

GB1 is looking for a Receptionist to join its team at its base in Bagnoli, Naples.

The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for welcoming visitors, managing guests, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, acting as a key point of contact for both visitors and the team.

Location: Bagnoli, Naples, Italy

Contract type: Fixed Term - November 26’ – August 27’

Salary: EUR 23,752.44 RAL (40 hour week)

Requirements:

The role requires someone who can balance front desk and guest reception duties with more hands-on operational support, ranging from welcoming guests at high-profile events to assisting with daily office activities and keeping office spaces organised.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Good knowledge of Naples and the surrounding area (local knowledge)

Good command of Italian & English





Excellent interpersonal skills and a natural aptitude for welcoming and assisting guests A friendly, approachable, and professional approach

Flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks depending on operational needs A practical, proactive, and solution-oriented approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to different situations An open-minded attitude and a strong sense of initiative
