If you are energetic, eager to learn, love being surrounded by people from all over the world, and looking to kickstart your career, we want you on our team! We are currently looking for motivated talents for a cross-training Internship/Stage program in Rome, Milan, or Florence.

During this internship, you will be fully trained in both our Reception and Bar teams to build a 360-degree foundation in the hospitality industry.

What we offer:

- Contract Type: Extracurricular Internship/Stage (3 months + 3 months).
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: €800 gross per month + free meals.
- Perks: €50 Yellowcredits + 50% discount on F&B; products.

What are we looking for?

- Shift Flexibility:



Shifts rotate weekly between mornings and evenings (no longer than 22:00).
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Tourism / Hospitality Management (currently enrolled students or graduates).
- Positive Attitude: A "can-do" mindset and a genuine passion for human connection.
- Languages: Fluent Italian and English (any extra language is a massive plus!).

After the internship, there is a high chance of being hired, depending on our open roles. In order to be considered for this position you need to have the necessary documents to be hired in Italy, such as Codice Fiscale and Residence Permit.
