Retribuzione / Benefits
- Permanent contract
- Gross salary €45.000–€55.000
- Variable compensation up to €15.000

Responsabilità
- Achieve the sell‑in sales budget for allocated Accounts and related tasks to meet targets
- Develop, implement and monitor Strategic & Tactical Business Plans for assigned Accounts and coordinate resources
- Plan and utilize investments to maximise ROI and business performance
- Monitor, analyze Account data and identify new business opportunities at local level
- Focus on North Italy, with base in Turin or Milan
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–5 years of experience in the role
- Degree in Economics would be appreciated
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and verbal); other major European language is an advantage
