Program Manager - ICT
Pubblicato il 23-10-2026 - Fondazione Telethon in Milano
Fondazione Telethon is a leading Italian biomedical charity dedicated to advancing research on rare genetic diseases. Its mission is to turn excellent science into real therapies, improving the lives of patients and their families.
We are looking for an IT & Data Project Manager who owns the operating model through which Fondazione Telethon's data and technology investments are decided, delivered and governed.
Works in functional partnership with Data Strategist, DPO, area Data Owners.
Decision model: the role prepares and issues assessments and recommendations; key decisions — investment prioritisation, roadmap, governance framework, vendor selection — are validated jointly with the Head of IT and the Data Strategist.
Act as a strategic and operational partner to the business, taking end-to-end ownership of the Foundation's technology ecosystem.
We are looking for a trusted, engaged, and accountable IT partner who understands business needs, guides technology decisions, effectively leads and challenges external providers, and continuously helps the organization strike the right balance between performance, innovation, sustainability, and the protection of the Foundation's interests.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Demand governance

- Working knowledge of GDPR as applied to special categories of personal data.
- Track record of securing commitment from functions over which the role holds no hierarchical authority.
