As a Product Manager/Owner at CROSS SOLUTIONS, you shape the product vision and a clear, sustainable roadmap to deliver value. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with business and technical priorities, including AI-powered capabilities and CRM evolution. You drive adoption and business impact through data-driven decisions and KPI tracking. This role sits at the heart of our product management practice, influencing multiple initiatives and ensuring continuous improvement. Responsabilità

- Define, manage and evolve the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business objectives and technical priorities
- Drive the product vision and support strategic initiatives, including AI-powered capabilities, CRM evolution and SaaS transition
- Gather and analyze customer feedback,



market trends and competitive insights to identify opportunities for product innovation
- Partner with stakeholders, Tech Leads and other Product Owners to align priorities and ensure consistency across products
- Monitor, analyze and improve product KPIs, with focus on adoption, engagement and business value realization

Requisiti fondamentali

- 5+ years of experience as Product Owner/Product Manager or equivalent
- proven experience in CRM products
- Agile environment experience with backlog prioritization and product delivery
- understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies and interest in AI-powered innovations
- strong customer-centric mindset and knowledge of Product Thinking and UX principles
- excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- strong analytical and critical thinking with KPI-driven impact measurement
- advanced proficiency in English (C1)
