h3We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who will play a key role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. /h3 pThis role is focused on identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities. You’ll play a key role across the full sales cycle

- 6 years’ industry experience who is ready to take the next step in a collaborative and fast paced environment. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 h3Planning and Pursuits /h3 ul liCollaborate with the wider team to identify, pursue and win new clients /li liSupport with the development of an annual new business plan for the market, including targeted campaigns and local marketing initiatives /li liWork as a key member of the business development team in development of pursuit plans for target accounts, ensuring research results in intelligent contact with client prospects /li liGenerate new leads; identify and contact decision makers, screen potential business opportunities. /li liTrack and report on performance through new business KPIs and dashboards, ensuring progress against sales goals /li liAttend industry events, client meetings and networking opportunities to build relationships and drive growth /li liLead research into industry segments,
companies and market trends to inform pursuit strategies /li liIdentify opportunities through trade publications and industry channels /li liWork closely with other teams at Rekoya to align target prospects and campaigns /li /ul h3Relationships /h3 ul liBuild strong internal relationships across the agency and global network /li liDevelop a deep understanding of the client’s goals and objectives and can lead the team to deliver these /li liUnderstand clients’ business and business issues and anticipate long-term /li liRepresent the agency externally with professionalism and credibility /li liPartner with senior leaders across agency to champion cross collaboration. /li /ul h3Content and Deliverable Development /h3 ul liProactively suggests and delivers materials and topics for relevant content, whether for internal or external learning or selling. /li /ul h3Team Operations /h3 ul liSupport integration of business development team with other disciplines /li liWork closely with business development teams across EMEA, APAC and US /li liMaintain CRM accuracy and forecasting /li /ul h3Strategic and Analytical /h3 ul liConfidently represents Rekoya, effectively communicating and selling agency ideas and recommending solutions. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 h3Qualifications Requirements /h3 ul lib4+ years experience /b in business development, ideally within creator/influencer marketing, experiential, or related fields /li liStrong communication and presentation skills /li liA proactive, self-starting approach with a commercial mindset /li liAbility to build relationships and influence at all levels /li liStrategic thinking combined with attention to detail /li /ul
