Overview
As Program Director, you will lead the end-to-end transition and transformation of programs within a global delivery context. You’ll build and steer a high-performing PMO, shaping governance, financial rigor, and delivery certainty. You will own scope, budgets, and timelines while partnering with clients and business units to grow service offerings. You drive continuous improvement, establish scalable processes, and serve as a role model and senior escalation point. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to deliver large, multi-tower programs.
Responsabilità
- End-to-end transition and transformation oversight
- SOW reviews, scope and contract change control
- Resource sizing and schedule management
- Executive client engagement during transitions
- Leading payment milestones, contract changes, and risk discussions
- Executive steering committee management
- Contract and financial governance, including cost management
- Tracking resourcing and escalations across programs
- Second-level escalation for PMs and program managers
- Sizing PMO across pursuits and active programs
- Overall program governance and relationship management
- Sign-off authority on project plans
- Relationship management with internal teams, vendors, and clients
- Compliance with PMO financial reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Supporting pursuit activities and NN/ EN engagements
- Mentoring and developing project managers
- Coordinating account pain points with DU/PD alignment to grow NN/EN business
Requisiti fondamentali
- Managed projects and large programs independently
- Handled client management, transition, transformation, and migration of projects
- Program budgets up to US$100 million
- Understanding of contracts and RFP/SOW development (desirable)
- Manage a team of project managers
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
- Experience with diverse business and delivery models
- Hands-on with MS Project and MS Excel; familiarity with PM tools
- Infrastructure/transition and transformation projects or technology delivery
- Global delivery experience with offshore/onsite models
- Understanding engagement lifecycle from initiation to steady state
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering/MBA or similar qualification
- PMP certification preferred
- Extensive project management training
- 15–20+ years in leading large, complex global programs
- Client-facing stakeholder engagement experience
- Talent management and performance development experience
- Resource planning and multi-project coordination
- Ability to manage programs with 15+ towers and 50+ trackers
