Overview
In this role you will strengthen Group-wide risk governance and drive risk treatment for payments and fintech. You’ll implement regulatory requirements such as DORA and align with major standards to safeguard ICT and supplier risk. You will partner with stakeholders to analyze indicators, report on risk and ensure continuous improvement of internal controls. This position offers exposure to a multinational IT risk program and meaningful impact on digital financial services.

Responsabilità
- Contribute to Group-wide risk governance activities and coordinate external resources
- Lead risk treatment and mitigation plans for business stakeholders in payments/fintech
- Drive the implementation of the DORA Regulation and monitor ICT supplier risk
- Identify and assess Operational and ICT Risks; define group-wide frameworks and methodologies
- Prepare periodic risk reports and analyze indicators to strengthen internal controls
- Ensure alignment with ISO, NIST, eIDAS and other audit/risk certifications
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years in IT Risk or IT Governance in payments/fintech or highly regulated environments
- 3 years in Internal Control, Auditing, or IT Risk Management
- Strong knowledge of NIST CSF 2.0, COBIT, ISO 27001/27017/27018, CSA STAR
- Certifications considered a plus: ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer, CRISC, CISA, COBIT, CSA STAR
- Experience in cybersecurity assessments (vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, gap analysis, IT audits)
- Solid knowledge of the DORA Regulation and related regulatory requirements
- Project management experience and ability to drive security governance programs
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and leadership skills
- Team-oriented, flexible, problem-solving, willing to travel
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
