including the maintenance of proper attendance and leaving employees records and assisting the payroll department in daily duties; /liliSupport HR division in policy formulation and salary administration; /liliWorking knowledge of labor cost analysis, budgeting, and personnel expense tracking; /liliSupporting the development and review of new and existing policies, procedures, guidelines and work instructions in the respective area of HR and contributing to the development of HR management systems; /liliProviding regular and ad-hoc staff statistics for management and external bodies, such as the European Commission; /liliSupport the strategy at the local level and in the adaptation of individual solutions; /liliDemonstrated background in overseeing health and safety compliance, including mandatory medical surveillance programs; /liliOversee cross-border mobility and immigration workflows, partnering with legal advisors and local authorities to secure work authorization. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliFluency in English and Italian. /lili3+ years of experience in this position. /liliPassionate about HR innovation, skill development and particularly interested and active in the innovation of HR practices. /liliProven experience with TeamSystem Time Attendance software /liliCurious person, close to professional business /liliEnergy, enthusiasm and confidence /liliProven experience managing payroll within an international or cross-border environment. /li /ulpTranslated is hosted at Pi Campus,
