h3In a nutshell /h3 pWithin our recruitment department, the main objective willbe to manage the recruitment of new employees for the Group's various brands,our sites in Italy and for both seasonal and permanent staff. /p pEvery year, 5,000 seasonal workers join our campsites. /p h3About us: /h3 pEvery season our Italian and European staff welcome and arethe point of reference for our international guests during their holidays atthe campsites where we are present. Our task is to offer the best possibleservice and to enhance our well-known hospitality. Our job opportunities rangefrom back office positions to customer-facing services. We have employees whowork in campsites in reception, others who work in maintenance, others whomanage all the campsites in a certain area and others who work in the office ina support or administrative role. /From nextseason, the employees (of the campsites) of these brands will work togetherwithin the same company, supported by a new company at administrative level. Inorder to simplify processes and to ensure optimal support for both ouroperations and office employees, we are looking for a new human resources coordinator. /p pThe place of work is our headquarters in San Felice delBenaco (next to Camping Weekend).
The HR team will consist of this person and a recruitert and will report to the Director of Training and Recruitment of thegroup, which is located in Aix en Provence, France. /h3 ul li
- Participatein the development of the recruitment process and the Group's recruitmentstrategy. /li li
- Define, in collaboration with Human Resources or your manager, the specific missions related to recruitment (position/profile, etc.). /li li
- Writing and publishing attractive advertisements /li li
- Monitor applications in the management system (ATS), select profilesaccording to the needs expressed and carry out initial interviews withselected candidates /li li
- Manage pre-employment formalities in cooperation with the HumanResources department. /li li
- Ensure that new recruits are properly integrated into the company /li li
- Train managers and executives on recruitment techniques and the useof the ATS /li li
- Manage partners (employment office, schools, local agencies, etc.) /li li
- Develop partnerships with schools to recruit trainees, students intraining or young graduates. /li /ul
