Contract type: Permanent. /p pbJob Purpose /b Are you a seasoned HR leader ready to make a tangible impact? As the HR Business Partner for Amcor’s Supply Chain function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the people agenda across a multi‑country supply chain network indirectly impacting 64+ plants in 20 countries with varying levels of maturity. /p pYou will be part of a dedicated HR team, reporting directly to the HR Director EMEA, and will partner closely with senior business leaders including Supply Chain Directors, VP Supply Chain, Central Operations HR team, Plant General Managers, and HR Managers. /p pThis role offers a unique opportunity to bring your experience from mature, high‑performing supply chain environments to harmonise practices, build capability, and implement best‑in‑class HR solutions across a diverse and growing network. You will influence strategic decisions, strengthen collaboration, and help create a more agile, engaged, and results‑focused organization. /p h3Principal Accountabilities /h3 ul liStrategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain leadership, shaping and implementing people strategies that align with business priorities. Influence decisions, provide insights, and champion HR initiatives. /li liSupply Chain Capability Talent Development: Lead the design and delivery of talent management programmes, performance management, succession planning,



and development initiatives to strengthen leadership and team capability across the network. /Support transformation initiatives, harmonise HR practices across plants, and foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture. /li liHR Operations Project Management: Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, and systems (SuccessFactors, PeopleLink/Workday). Manage key HR projects that improve efficiency, compliance, and workforce planning. /li /ul h3Qualifications / Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. /li liProven HR leadership in mature supply‑chain environments from FMCG corporations. /li liExperience in matrix, international organisations with strong HR business partnering, talent, and capability development. /li liHands‑on experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleLink) and a strong data‑driven mindset. /li liSkilled in change management and passionate about driving transformation and engagement. /li liFluent in English; additional languages a plus. /li /ul h3About Amcor /h3 pAmcor is the global leader in developing and producing responsible consumer packaging and dispensing solutions across a variety of materials for nutrition, health, beauty and wellness categories.
