I will safeguard these pillars and ensure full knowledge and active participation of all our brand initiatives. /p h3Duties and Responsibilities /h3 pAs FB Supervisor, I willassume full responsibility for theefficientoperation in the following: /p ul liReview bookings and plan for the smooth department operation during shift. /li liEnsure FB area is checked prior opening to guests and ensure all area is clean, properly equipped and in a high standard of maintenance. /li liHandle guest feedbacks, inquiries, and comments. /li liAssist in scheduling, training and providing feedback to FB Host. /li liSupervise the FB Host's team. /li liWork with an empathetic attitude. /li liEnsure the prompt and efficient service required by standards. /li liEnsure all mis-en-place for restaurant service is correctly prepared prior to opening hour of service. /li liHave a good knowledge of all outlet menus (food and wine) and FB day to day activities. /li liHave good knowledge of all FB outlets opening hours.



/li liKnowledge on menu prices and suggesting upselling when necessary. /li liEnsure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition. /li liUpkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded. /li liStrictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pTo execute the position of FB Supervisor, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following: /p ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent and at least 2-4 years restaurant experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting.
