Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

Duration: 6 months + Possible extension

Location: 100% Remote from EU

P.Iva / Freelance / Contract / B2B Contract

Scope:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders to understand requirements, optimise HR processes and deliver effective Oracle HCM solutions.

Responsibilities

- Implement, configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules in line with business requirements.
- Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional and technical solutions.
- Work across relevant modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits and Payroll, depending on project requirements.
- Support system configuration, functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
- Manage data migration, validation and integration activities between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain HCM extracts, reports and interfaces using tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher,



HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Extracts.
- Troubleshoot system issues, provide functional support and implement continuous improvements.
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides and end-user training materials.
- Collaborate with HR teams, technical teams and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Skills

- Proven experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations or support projects.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM functionality, business processes and system configuration.
- Experience with one or more Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ideally Core HR and at least one additional module.
- Understanding of HR processes, data structures, security roles and approval workflows.
- Experience with testing, defect management, data migration and deployment activities.
- Knowledge of reporting and data tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL and HCM Extracts, where relevant to the role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
