Splendido Mare, A Belmond Hotel, in Portofino, Italy, is seeking a Sommelier to join our luxury Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate loves hospitality, can deliver authentic luxury experiences, and works with care, confidence, curiosity and community.

Reports to the Restaurant Manager. Main duties include overseeing F&B; operations, ensuring a flawless guest experience, assisting the head sommelier, and supporting the team to meet financial targets.
