Overview In this role, you lead Manufacturing Excellence to raise factory performance through continuous improvement, Lean practices, and data-driven decisions. You will guide transformation programs, align with global strategies, and build capability across the factory value chain. The role blends change leadership with hands-on coaching to embed sustainable improvements. Retribuzione / Benefits international environment professional development opportunities Define and execute the Factory Manufacturing Excellence roadmap aligned with global strategy Own and manage the factory improvement portfolio across SQDCP with governance and benefits tracking Lead continuous improvement using Lean concepts and Vestas Production System Use data analytics and digital tools to identify gaps, prioritise initiatives,



and measure impact Establish and maintain Lean standards across operations Act as change leader to promote continuous improvement and best practices Define and implement the factory training and capability-building roadmap linked to global training strategies Coach and develop the Manufacturing Excellence team and frontline leaders to embed improvement across operations Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field ~5+ years in manufacturing operations or continuous improvement ~ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; Green Belt with proven results considered ~ Lean / Continuous Improvement Coach certification (internal or external) ~ Fluent in English and Italian ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) ~ collaboration ~ Lean Manufacturing ~ Lean Six Sigma ~ data analytics
