Who We're Looking For An energetic leader with outstanding execution skills, proven experience leading teams and agencies, and strong creative judgement. Experience in hospitality, multi-site retail, lifestyle or another consumer-facing business. Impact matters more than a food-service pedigree.

Ten years after we started, miscusi is ready to tell the world what's behind a simple plate of pasta. Much of that story remains untold. You'll turn brand vision into marketing execution: lead our team and creative partners, stay connected to our restaurants, own priorities, budgets and results, and build a more autonomous, high-performing team.
What You'll Do
Our first three marketing engines already have dedicated functional leads running day-to-day execution. You lead the people, connect the priorities and own the results. The fourth, Customer Experience, requires cross-functional leadership.
CRM & Digital: Lead a senior functional owner across CRM, loyalty, paid media and delivery, connecting customer acquisition and retention to commercial priorities.
Brand & Content: Lead a dedicated functional owner across social,
content, community and PR. Coach internal talent and creative partners, overseeing creative direction, storytelling, tone of voice and brand assets.
Events & Local Store Marketing: Lead a dedicated functional owner driving restaurant openings, local partnerships, community engagement and pasta-making experiences, ensuring commercial impact and effective execution.
Customer Experience: Work cross-functionally with Product, People & Culture and Retail to strengthen product belief, hospitality, storytelling and service standards, turning great guest experiences into loyalty and brand advocacy.
What We Offer A high-ownership role working closely with our founders, teams and restaurants. Up to €80,000 gross annual salary (RAL) + stock options.
