Local Office VF is looking for a Receptionist to join our Team in Pederobba (TV) on a fixed term basis VF is one of the world’s largest apparel, footwear and accessories companies connecting people to the lifestyles, activities and experiences they cherish through our family of iconic brands such as Vans®, The North Face®, Timberland®, Eastpak®, Napapijri®. Our Reception in Pederobba is the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, both internal and external. Therefore, the successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and solid communication and organization skills. Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner, ensuring all are registered accordingly Supporting the office service team with activities as needed Providing administrative support to other departments as needed Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments, managing enquiries in a timely and professional manner Handling and sorting incoming and outgoing emails, redirecting to the central inbox Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Managing bookings of internal meeting rooms as required Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
