Clifford Chance LLP in Monza-Brianza, Lombardia, seeks an Associate in the Corporate Transaction and Advisory team to advise world-leading clients on M&A; and private equity deals, including cross-border and complex transactions.

You will collaborate across a global, multidisciplinary group to deliver pragmatic, business-focused legal input and develop transactional and drafting skills while managing multiple work-streams.
