We are now looking for Service Technicians to join our team in Italy. In this role, you will regularly visit our clients retail stores to carry out repair and maintenance work and ensure smooth daily operations. In this role, you will regularly visit our clients retail stores to carry out repair and maintenance work and ensure smooth daily operations. Positions Available ~ Completed trade apprenticeship Category B driving licence (formerly Category 3) Good communication skills in English or German (preferable) — helpful for internal communication and digital documentation Maintenance & repairs Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks Fault diagnosis Independently identifying and resolving issues, including lighting, sanitary facilities and furniture/fittings Routine servicing Carrying out regular checks to ensure store functionality Minor painting Completing small painting and touch-up work in sales areas or changing rooms Customer support Acting as the on-site contact person for our clients Digital documentation Recording all work performed using our digital systems 26 days’ holiday + up to 5 additional health premio days ~ Permanent employment contract with comprehensive induction training ~ No 24-hour on-call duty ~ Flexible store-visit scheduling to help balance personal commitments ~ International working environment ~ Exclusive staff discounts and top-class annual company events ~ Corporate benefits programme What else can you expect Take advantage of the limitless international opportunities offered by the bk Group and become a part of ourbk family #
