Thanks to our diversity of skills, talents and cultures, our customers (governments, institutions, space agencies, telecommunications operators), therefore have Space to Connect, Secure Defend, Observe Protect, Explore, Travel Navigate. /ph3Software Real Time Embedded Engineering /h3h3CANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS US /h3h3PROFILE /h3ulliYou graduated with a Master of Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related field /liliYou enjoy working within a DevOps/Agile/Scrum team and being plunged into a challenging environment requiring reactivity and resourcefulness /liliYou want to evolve in a "real time" environment with interactions between "low level" technical aspects, close to the hardware, and ensure that the “high level” functionality expected by the solution is maintained /liliYou are willing to work on small or big devices such as Radar, embedded calculator equipment, Smartcards and Wearables, dedicated for the Telecommunications and IOT businesses, mobile... /li /ulh3COMPETENCIES /h3ulliYou know how to develop on embedded OS Software such as Linux, VxWorks, FastOS Linux /liliYou are experienced in embedded software development such as (C or C++ and VB., NET., ADA, Assembly programming) /liliYou are familiar with the use of tools and equipment involved in programming performance (including measuring instruments)
/liliYou master the development/adaptation of simulation tools and means necessary to carry out integration/testing activities on platform /liliYou are experienced in embedded system and application design and configuration (both wayside and onboard) and relevant communication protocols and interfaces such as (DDS, ARINC...) /liliYou have substantial knowledge of:ulliBuilding a strategy based on your understanding of the business issues involving data processes /liliMathematics and statistics /liliData technologies /li /ul /liliYou are able to take into account customer needs /liliYou have working experience/knowledge with cloud provider like AWS or GCP /liliYou have experience with automated deployment and associated technologies (Helm/Yaml/Ansible/Docker) /liliYou are familiar with tools such as JIRA and Confluence /liliFluent English (at least C1), both spoken and written. /li /ulh3LIFE AS A THALES SOFTWARE REAL TIME EMBEDDED ENGINEERING ROLE /h3ulliDesign, implement and test features with scalability, performance, deployment or operation and end-user experience in mind /liliApply coding/implementation best practices to produce elegant,
high quality and reusable code /liliImplement and follow security best practices for web applications /liliCollaborate with other developers to share knowledge and improve overall product/solution /liliKeep up-to-date with latest technologies evolution and frameworks /liliInteract with UX team to implement and verify user experience concepts /liliFollow the agile methodology used for the project.
