An internship as an Online Marketing Manager gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of digital marketing. You will develop into a true all‑rounder and gain hands‑on experience across a wide range of disciplines. Boredom is not part of the experience. The start date is flexible and will be agreed upon individually. The internship duration is a minimum of three months. Assisting in the planning, setup, monitoring and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Instagram, Spotify, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn Supporting project management in the implementation of the ADDITIVE+ SOFTWARE for new clients Advising clients on questions related to online marketing and software topics A strong interest in online marketing and the tourism industry Digital affinity and genuine curiosity for new media and emerging trends Strong language skills, confidence in writing and a creative mindset Review of your submitted data as well as pre‑selection First meeting without in‑depth technical knowledge in the context of a telephone interview Second in‑depth interview with your future supervisor to discuss your professional qualifications and to clarify mutual expectations Assessment day to test your skills and abilities and to give you an overview of your future tasks In addition to the cultural introduction by our People & Culture team and continuous support during the induction period from your supervisor and your motivated team colleagues, we will also provide you with two people specifically to support you. Your tutor will be responsible for your professional concerns, while your buddy will take care of your social integration during the first few weeks. We hold regular employee appraisals,
