Navis Consulting is currently recruiting experienced Housekeeping Managers for exciting opportunities onboard leading international cruise lines.

This role is ideal for a senior housekeeping professional who has demonstrated excellence within the luxury hospitality industry and is ready to take their career to the next level in a unique, international environment.

The Role

As Chief Housekeeper, you will be responsible for leading the onboard Housekeeping Department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personalized guest service throughout the vessel.

You will oversee and develop a multicultural team while maintaining the exceptional attention to detail expected within a truly ultra-luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead all housekeeping operations onboard.
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout guest and crew areas.




- Deliver a consistently outstanding guest experience.
- Manage, coach, and develop an international housekeeping team.
- Monitor performance standards and departmental KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and public health requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Chief Housekeeper, or in a senior housekeeping leadership role.
- Strong background within ultra-luxury hospitality.
- Experience working to Forbes standards or within a Forbes-rated property preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and understanding of luxury guest expectations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Previous cruise experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Fluent English required.
- Due to the guest demographic, fluency in at least one additional European language is highly desirable.
