A driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) eager to contribute to our sales team's growth and success. Responsibilities include proposing actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve sales processes and foster growth. Research and prospect new clients in the Italian market Execute outbound campaigns via email, phone,
and other channels Proactively suggest actions and strategies to improve sales and growth Collaborate with the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop Native Italian speaker with proficient English skills At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields Hunger to face challenges and improve daily Flexibility to adapt in a fast-changing environment Experience in SaaS sales, Business Travel, or startups Competitive compensation package, including equity Multicultural, international team environment Collaborative and innovative workplace culture Hybrid working policy (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) with great offices in Europe
