We’re an early-stage startup launching our first events in Milan and we need a strong Event Director to make it happen. Connect with onboarded venues, shape 3 tailored event formats that fit their space, customers & goals Define venue earning model & booking price (including prize value, animator cost, etc.) Assign & manage animators/hosts to run each event Deliver final event setup to the ChallenZee marketing team to launch campaigns & secure bookings Experience in event production, nightlife, or experiential marketing Strong ability to work with venue owners & create event formats Commission on every booking — earn big weekly as we scale Opportunity to grow with us: future salary + commission once we reach stability Be part of a core startup team, shaping Milan’s next big social experience
