Are you passionate about numbers and eager to understand business performance in the beauty retail industry?
Join our Finance – Planning & Control (FP&A;) team and gain hands‑on experience supporting business decisions and monitoring store performance in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze the financial and operational performance of our stores and retail network;
- Support monthly closing and reporting activities,
ensuring data accuracy and consistency;
- Consolidate data from multiple systems to produce meaningful business insights
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast) and identify key business drivers;
- Act as business partner with Finance, Retail, and Operations teams to support performance improvement actions;
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
Who we’re looking for:
- Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Management
- Engineering, or related fields;
- Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint;
- Basic knowledge of accounting, financial reporting;
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and data accuracy;
- Proactive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine interest in retail and beauty industry dynamics;
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
