Capri Holdings Limited is seeking an experienced HR Operations Administrator to provide proactive payroll, data management and administrative support across the EMEA region.

Based in Milan, you will help maintain Workday records, run monthly audits, support budget processes and ensure compliance with local regulations. You will collaborate with payroll providers and external labour consultants, and respond to HRIS queries within SLAs.
