Hines Milan office seeks a Director of Asset Management to oversee a diverse €8.0 billion portfolio across Italy. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role leads asset management, budgeting, leasing strategy, and value creation for acquisitions and existing assets.

You will manage teams, collaborate with internal/ external groups, and drive performance enhancements. Strong financial analysis and mentoring skills are essential.
