Finanz is a Milan-based fintech with a simple mission: make financial education accessible to everyone. Through our app and Academy we help people understand and manage their money. We bring this experience to banks and fintech partners in Italy and across international markets.
The role
- You will own the relationship with our B2B partners, from the first go-live onwards, and make sure every partnership grows.
- It is a hybrid role: half customer success, half sales. You will look after partners, analyse their results and find new opportunities to expand the collaboration.
- You will work closely with the founder and the B2B team, and meet partners at every level, from operational teams up to the C-suite.
Responsibilities
- Lead partner go-lives from kick-off to launch, working with our product and tech teams.
- Track each partner's performance after launch (adoption, engagement, results) and turn the numbers into concrete improvement plans.
- Be the main point of contact for partners: run meetings, present results, handle objections and negotiations with confidence.
- Spot and close upsell and expansion opportunities with existing partners.
- Bring partner feedback to the product team and, when there is room, take ownership of product initiatives.
- Travel to meet partners in Italy and abroad.
Data, product and AI
- Define and monitor the health metrics of each partnership.
- Use data to support your proposals to partners and to the internal team.
- Use AI tools every day to work faster: analysis, reporting, meeting preparation.
Requirements
- Excellent command of at least three of these languages: Italian, English, Spanish, French.
- A natural sales instinct: you can lead a meeting, read the room and close.
- Solid understanding of digital products. You do not need to be a product manager, but you learn fast and you speak product with confidence.
- Strong presence and communication skills, comfortable in front of senior stakeholders.
- Structured, autonomous and results-driven.
