We are growing and looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our editorial and operational team. Role Overview The Virtual Assistant will provide administrative, editorial, and digital support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about media, fashion, and culture. This is a remote, flexible role with growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
Editorial Support
• Manage and update the content calendar
• Coordinate with freelance writers and contributors
• Schedule interviews and follow-ups
• Upload and format articles in CMS (e.g., WordPress)
• Proofread basic content before publication Administrative Support




• Manage email inbox and organize communications
• Maintain Google Drive/Notion systems
• Prepare meeting notes and summaries
• Track invoices and contributor payments Social Media Assistance
• Schedule posts across social platforms
• Assist with captions and hashtags
• Monitor comments and messages
• Track engagement analytics Business Support
• Research potential brand partnerships
• Assist in outreach emails
• Maintain media contact databases Requirements
• 1+ year experience as a Virtual Assistant, Admin Assistant, or similar role
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with:
• Google Workspace
• Canva
• Social media platforms
• WordPress or similar CMS
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Premio:
• Background in fashion, media, marketing, or digital publishing
• Basic SEO knowledge
