Role Overview We are looking for a motivated intern, who will join the ICT Commercial Operations team supporting National Sales Companies (NSCs) and contribute to the evolution of digital solutions that enable commercial activities across international markets. During the internship, you will work in a dynamic and cross-functional environment at the intersection of business, technology, data and Artificial Intelligence. You will support initiatives aimed at enhancing commercial processes, improving business performance and accelerating digital transformation through innovative technologies and AI-enabled solutions. The role offers hands-on exposure to business analysis, digital products, data-driven decision making and emerging AI technologies,



while collaborating with ICT teams and business stakeholders across multiple countries. Key Activities The responsibilities of the ICT Commercial Operations & AI Transformation Intern include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Explore emerging technologies and AI trends relevant to Commercial Sales and After Sales Operations and contribute to innovation initiatives within the organization.
• Assist in the preparation of dashboards, reports and presentations to monitor key performance indicators and project outcomes.
• Collaborate with ICT teams in defining business use cases, process improvements and user adoption activities.
• Participate in testing activities for commercial applications, digital platforms and AI-enabled solutions.
• Support the analysis of business and operational data, helping generate insights and recommendations for decision making.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, automation and data analytics to support business objectives.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving commercial processes, customer experience and business efficiency.
• Support the collection, analysis and documentation of business requirements from Commercial Operations and NSC stakeholders. Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence,



Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, Economics or a related discipline.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
• Exposure to Generative AI tools, prompt engineering techniques or AI-assisted productivity solutions is considered a plus.
• Curiosity towards emerging technologies, Generative AI and innovative digital solutions.
• Understanding of digital products, software applications or business processes is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Copilot GitHub, Power BI, SQL, Python or other data analysis tools is considered a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in digital technologies, data analytics and Artificial Intelligence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and a structured way of working.
