• (LAVORO INDIPENDENTE CON PARTITA IVA) All HelmsBriscoe Associates are independent professionals earning exclusively from commissions on confirmed events (NO FIXED income is provided but earnings are based on commissions paid by the venues confirmed, and shared with HelmsBriscoe) BUSINESS ACTIVITIES You will be the main point of contact to your Clients with the aim to source the best Hotel and event location for their meetings, conferences or incentives. As Meetings & Events Consultant (HelmsBriscoe Associate) you will:
• Be responsible to build and develop your own Client base portfolio (there is no Client list assigned)
• Select and present the most suitable venues to your Clients
• Support the Client in the decision making process and negotiate the best rates and conditions
• Review the contract with the venue on behalf of the Client
• Recommend partners such as DMC’s/event management companies,
audio-visual suppliers and others
• Be based in Italy CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Strong focus on customer service
• Fluent in English. Any other languages is a plus
• Autonomous way of working and team player
• Strong background in hotel sales, agency, national/international event and conference planning
• Sales and Hotel contract negotiations, commercial and administrative
• High levels of attention to details
• Work from home office
