Senior Social Media Manager (Contractor) Vismarcorp, a management consulting firm operating between Switzerland and Italy, is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join its digital department. The goal is to strengthen how we manage social channels for our corporate clients and to deliver brand presence, engagement and reputation results with a clear business impact. The role owns the strategy, planning, execution and performance of social media activities across multiple client accounts. It works closely with our marketing, content and paid media teams to turn each brand's positioning into consistent, credible and measurable communication. This position suits an experienced professional who has handled complex corporate brands, is confident dealing with senior stakeholders, and works with autonomy and precision in regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and implement social media strategies aligned with each client's business, brand and communication goals;
• Build and manage editorial calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant channels;
• Direct the production of copy, visual and video assets with designers and content creators, keeping tone of voice and brand guidelines consistent;
• Ensure all content complies with client approval workflows and with the regulatory requirements of each sector;
• Oversee community management, monitor brand reputation, and handle sensitive or critical situations promptly and professionally;
• Track performance through accurate reporting (reach, engagement, follower growth, traffic, leads) and turn the data into actionable insights;
• Work with the Ads team to integrate organic and paid social activities;
• Act as the main point of contact for client-side marketing and communication teams on social media topics. Mandatory

Requirements:




• At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, with responsibility for strategy and execution;
• Proven experience managing social channels for corporate brands or large organisations, B2B especially;
• Fluent Italian (C1 or above), written and spoken;
• Fluent English (C1 or above), written and spoken;
• Active VAT registration as a freelancer/contractor (Italian Partita IVA or equivalent);
• Strong command of the main platforms' native tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Page management) and of social media management and analytics tools;
• Excellent copywriting skills and a sharp eye for visual content quality;
• Ability to work autonomously, manage several accounts in parallel, and meet deadlines. Strongly Preferred:
• Experience managing social media for medical, pharmaceutical, medtech or healthcare brands;
• Experience working with North America and European markets;
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework for healthcare communication (e.g. rules on advertising medical devices and medicinal products, pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting procedures on social channels). Nice to Have:
• Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads);
• Knowledge of French / German; Working Model:
