We are looking for a motivated graduate interested in developing their skills in Commercial Excellence of a Pharma Multinational Company. The selected candidate will be supported by an experiences tutor and will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the main activities within the Pharma Commercial Excellence area. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with a strong interest in analytical activities and willingness to learn. A proactive, positive, results-oriented, and data-driven mindset is highly valued. Previous experience in similar roles or in multinational company is considered a plus, but it is not a requirement.

Key responsibilities
• Support the definition and analysis on KPIs on Sales Force activities to facilitate decision making and action plans.
• Support in developing and implementing analysis on performance with internal and external sales data at territorial level,



leveraging advanced analytics tools (e.g. PowerBl).
• Cooperate with other company areas like Financial Department and Marketing; support in sales presentations to Management Team.
• Support in the management of incentive plans, in terms of definition of targets and monitor of achievements.
• Support in CRM management and maintenance and in ensuring effective use of CRM by Sales Reps. Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Management Engineering
• Fluent in English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint

We offer
a 6/12 months internship with 1.000 Eur as monthly gross Workplace: Milano
