Brand Management Intern

Your Tasks Join our Marketing team and gain hands-on experience in brand management within a dynamic international environment. As a Brand Management Intern, you will support the development and execution of marketing initiatives, analyze market and business performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive brand growth. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop analytical, project management and communication skills while contributing to well-known skincare brands.
• Market and performance analysis: Analyze sales, product performance, consumer purchasing behavior and market trends; monitor competitors and help identify opportunities to improve brand performance.
• Campaigns and product launches: Support the execution of brand plans and work with activation and media agencies on communication activities for new launches and existing products.
• Trade marketing and in-store materials: Support sell-in and sell-out analysis, collaborate with creative agencies on materials for the Sales team and contribute to pharmacy launches and activations.
• Presentations and reporting: Help turn data and project updates into clear reports and presentations for meetings with clients and business partners.
Your Profile
• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication, or related field.
• Good analytical skills, confidence working with numbers and a willingness to learn.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and external agencies.
• Curiosity, creativity and a proactive approach to solving problems, combined with good organization and attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office,
especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Fluent in Italian and in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with market data sources such as NielsenIQ, IQVIA or similar tools is a plus, but is not required. Why join us?
