You’ll lead continuous improvement and digital initiatives in FP&A; while mentoring a junior team. * 8–10 years of experience in FP&A;, Controlling, or Finance
* Proven track record in leading planning cycles and financial reporting
* Strong understanding of financial modeling, business analytics, and performance management
* Fluent English; other languages a plus
