Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is looking for a motivated Housekeeping Trainee, supporting the Housekeeping Department. What will your mission be? As a Housekeeping Trainee, you will support the Housekeeping Manager in coordinating the department s daily operations, helping to ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest service quality. What will you do?
* Support the inspection of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are maintained.
* Collaborate with outsourced service providers to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Assist the team in managing daily operational requests and coordinating maintenance interventions.
* Support the monitoring of supplies, consumables, and linen inventory.
* Assist with inventory activities and stock control.
* Use company management systems to update operational information and records.
* Contribute to the implementation of company procedures, safety regulations, and sustainability policies.
* Support the department in analyzing quality standards and identifying areas for improvement. What are we looking for?
* High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
* A degree or coursework in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field will be considered a plus.
* Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.




* Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
* Interest in the hospitality industry.
