Overview In this role you will support the Milan-based Global Business Development team to drive growth for a leading international law firm. You will collaborate with legal and marketing colleagues to prepare pitches, client materials, and campaigns, helping to shape external client-facing initiatives. You will also coordinate events and gather content to fuel regular communications. * University degree, ideally with marketing option
* Minimum two years' relevant experience, preferably in law firm or professional services
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools (InterAction, Quorus)
* Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and manage workload
* Bilingual Italian and English with ability to convey detailed information
