* Managesserviceduringbusyperiodsandintheabsenceofseniorchefs,managesthekitchenensuringallstandardsandqualityproceduresareadheredtothestandards
* AssistsSeniorChefsinthedevelopmentofnewmenuideastoensureallmenusareseasonalandcreativeusingthefinestingredients
* Ensurecompliancetoallrelevant Health,SafetyandEnvironmentmanagementproceduresandcontrolswithinadefinedareaofactivitysothatCompanyprovidesworldclassandluxurioushospitalityservicestoitsguests




* Supervisesandcheckeverydishsentfromthesectiontoensurehighestqualitystandardsaremaintained.
* AsChefdepartieandsectioninchargeresponsibleforrefrigerationcleaning,stockrotation,datecodingandsectiondeepcleaning
* Intheabsenceofaseniorchefensurethedailykitchenrecordsandlabellingstandardsarebeingmaintainedatalltimes. Theidealcandidateforthispositionwillhavethefollowingexperienceandqualifications:
* Previousexperienceinasimilarrole
* Expertculinaryknowledgeofbothclassicalandinternationalculinarytrends
