Overview In this role you will partner with the design team to translate creative vision into technically feasible tailoring and outerwear. You will refine designs with suppliers and cross-functional partners, guiding prototypes through fitting sessions to align with the collection's aesthetic and calendar. You'll maintain clear design specifications, manage materials and production details, and optimize sourcing through a well-organized BOM. This position sits at the heart of craftsmanship within a global luxury house, offering opportunities to influence fit, construction, and production quality. * Collaborate with design to understand vision for Ready-To-Wear Tailoring & Outerwear
* Provide technical input to refine concepts while ensuring feasibility
* Coordinate with suppliers on prototypes based on Head of Tailoring and Outerwear Product Development indications




* Work with pattern makers, sample sewers, and other professionals to refine prototypes
* Organize and participate in fitting sessions to assess garment fit and aesthetics
* Ensure final samples are produced to design intent and within the Collection Calendar
* Maintain organized records of design specs, patterns, samples, and production details
* Create and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) to optimize production accuracy and sourcing Requisiti fondamentali
* 3-4 years in Product Development in Luxury Fashion
* Experience with Tailoring & Outerwear
* Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials, and production processes in tailoring
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Familiarity with Stealth and PLM systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Agile mindset and strong problem-solving skills
* Collaborative relationship management with Design and Merchandising teams
* Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
