Overview In this Senior Associate role within Kroll’s Real Estate Advisory Group (Hospitality), you drive valuation and advisory engagements for hospitality and real estate assets. You work with cross-functional teams to build and review complex financial models and deliver high-quality client reports. You will conduct market research, feasibility studies, and benchmarking to support transactions and development appraisals. You will mentor analysts, manage workstreams, and contribute to business development while collaborating on cross-border assignments. Retribuzione / Benefits

* Perform valuation analyses on hospitality and real estate assets using established methodologies
* Develop and review complex financial models (DCF, comps, market studies, development appraisals)
* Conduct market research, feasibility assessments, and benchmarking analyses
* Manage key workstreams and ensure timely, high-quality client deliverables
* Interact with clients, conduct site inspections, gather information, and perform market intelligence
* Prepare valuation reports and client deliverables with minimal supervision
* Support business development through market research, proposals, and client relationship management
* Mentor Analysts and Interns, guiding technical analysis and report writing
* Collaborate with senior team members on large cross-border assignments Requisiti fondamentali
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline
* Relevant experience in real estate valuation, hospitality advisory, real estate consulting, or transaction services
* Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Solid understanding of hospitality and commercial real estate markets
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
