* Design and execute strategic sourcing initiatives within a global framework
* Advise stakeholders and align procurement strategies cross-functionally
* Lead high-value negotiations with key suppliers and secure favorable terms
* Translate global contracts into locally effective, compliant agreements
* Evaluate suppliers on quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability




* Develop and maintain global/local agreements aligned with company directives

* Support risk management and regulatory compliance across the category Requisiti fondamentali
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
* 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in indirect categories (marketing, communications, consulting, branding)
* Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and lead international collaboration
* Strong negotiation, contracting, and relationship-building skills
* Solid project management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
* Leadership experience; coaching and knowledge sharing
* Fluency in English; strong MS Office, MS Teams, Power BI, SAP Ariba skills
