Client Description Responsibilities
* driving sales growth and developing business in the aerospace and defence opportunities across Italy;
* drive top-line growth across assigned accounts;
* generate and convert business opportunities, execute the sales strategy, and partner with regional operations teams to maximize capacity utilization;
* work closely with global sales representatives, commercial, and legal teams to identify and develop Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) and other contracts, ensuring they are accurate, professional, and aligned with both customer and company expectations;
* develop and strengthen customer relationships across the Italian market, identifying new business opportunities and supporting the achievement of regional sales targets.
Your Profile
* 7-10 years of previous experience in a sales role;
* previous experience in,
or proven track record of managing, customers in the aerospace or energy sectors;
* fluent English.
