Experience:

* Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) – C2 level required.
* Strong teaching/academic background (e.g., TEFL/CELTA certification, teaching experience, or academic management experience is highly desirable).
* Demonstrable commercial and sales skills with a track record of meeting targets.
