Overview In this role you support Site EHS management to safeguard people, plant, and environment across rail operations. You help implement risk assessments, ensure regulatory and Alstom standards compliance, and drive EHS improvements through audits, reporting, and incident analysis. You work with cross-functional teams to deploy local procedures aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. * Support Site EHS Manager in developing and deploying local EHS procedures and tools aligned with Alstom standards and ISO 14001/ISO 45001
* Assist in EHS risk assessments and define measures to control risks
* Coordinate EHS activities with contractors and other operation areas
* Provide advice to site personnel to prevent injuries, equipment damage,



and environmental incidents
* Recognize best practices, address violations, and communicate changes to personnel
* Ensure EHS compliance through checks, guidelines, and work instructions
* Support accident/incident reporting, investigation, and action tracking
* Prepare monthly EHS reports and maintain EHS reporting systems
* Conduct EHS inspections and audits and report discrepancies
* Promote deployment of AZDP, TOPE, and other EHS tools at site level Requisiti fondamentali
