LHH Our client is a leading international company operating in the Energy sector, with a strong presence across multiple markets and a dynamic, growth-oriented business environment. Reporting directly to the international headquarters, the Finance Manager will play a key role in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making at local and regional levels. Responsibilities The role will be responsible for the following activities:
- Lead and oversee all finance, accounting, treasury, controlling, and tax activities of the local organization.

- Manage, coach, and develop the Finance team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for the Group headquarters.
- Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Monitor business performance through financial analysis, KPI tracking, and variance analysis, providing actionable insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, tax regulations, and Group policies.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax advisors, and corporate finance stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives, business growth projects, and process improvement programs.
- Partner closely with business leaders to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.
Your Profile
Applications will be considered from candidates who meet the following
requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics,
or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager, Head of Finance, or similar senior finance leadership role.
- Previous experience within the Energy, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or related industrial sectors is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing finance teams.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational change.
- Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and compliance processes.
- Experience working within multinational environments and reporting to international headquarters.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken; the role requires daily interaction with global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proactive, hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking and excellent communication skills. City: Milan
Salary:
CCNL Elettrico, Quadro level, GAS 75.000€
