Responsibilities
- Managing daily/monthly operations in the delivery organization for RTR services and ensuring coherence with global framework and service performance (GL entries, accruals, Fixed Asset accounting, Intercompany reconciliation, BS accounts reconciliation)
- Connecting with the local affiliates of the assigned countries to ensure periodic closing of IFRS reporting (within Consolidation tool)
- Ensuring that requests for services exceed agreed standards (SLA and OLA monitoring)
Functional Knowledge and Minimum Experience
- Consistent knowledge of general ledger regulations and IFRS standards
- SAP – FI proficiency
- Basic knowledge of controlling principles and practices (SAP – CO)
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Power Point) proficiency
- Reporting/Consolidation tools knowledge will be a plus
- Minimum 5 years within accounting function experience
- Previous working experience in a Shared Service Center will be highly appreciated
- University bachelor’s degree in accounting/management
Additional and Soft Skills
- Fluent proficiency in English (primary working language);
additional foreign language knowledge preferred

Employment Terms
The role is classified at Level B under the National Collective Agreement for the Chemical-Pharmaceutical Industry (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary is €41,575.24. Overall compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
