payments The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €31,000.
Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
Customer Service Specialist (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Conducts order validations and entries.
- Confirms customer order receipt, creation, and delivery.
- Monitor and tracks order statuses and manages claim cases and returns.
- Provides clear and consistent communication between and with customers and internal production.
- Serves as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation.
- Supports transfer projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Handles routine maintenance of the Master Data System.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Language or Economic Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
- Specified years of customer service experience is a plus.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Fluent-level English and German. French is a plus.
