RINA is seeking an HR Employment Administrator to join the Genoa office in Italy under the Global Human Resources division. The role covers employee lifecycle administration, documentation, and onboarding support for interns and trainees, on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and relevant HR admin experience, be fluent in Italian and English, and proficient in MS Office; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
