What you'll do
* Support customers of a UK digital bank by phone, chat, and email
* Resolve account and service enquiries clearly and handle complaints with empathy
* Share customer feedback to improve products and service, and work closely with your team What we're looking for
* At least 1 year of experience in banking, financial services, or insurance (8+ months can be considered)
* Fluent English and strong communication skills
* Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work rotating shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr
